BASIC INFORMATION
Poised, always polite, speaks formally to those she isn't familiar with. She holds herself well in posture and always keeps her head up, but comes off a little stiff due to nervousness.
As Noir she is always dressed in her French-inspired Musketeers costume, complete with a cavalier hat and black eye mask obscuring her face. Though she's not particularly hard to figure out given her hair is still styled the same as always.
Haru enjoys gardening greatly, especially in growing vegetables and coffee beans. Aside from this she regularly drinks tea and took ballet classes since she was a child. Her dream is to have her own cafe, where she can make customers smile and satisfied the way her grandfather once did.
Raised as the only daughter of the Okumura family, Haru lived in a world of expectations and goals created by her father. She was never permitted to do so much as socialize with people he did not approve of, and at a young age she accepted her fate in being his perfect daughter. However, when the Phantom Thieves made a splash in the public eye and her father planned to marry her off to a man she detested, Haru took action. She made the decision to take destiny into her own hands, even if it meant betraying her father in the process.

Astoria granted. Haru can lift items with her mind with a strength equivalent to her physical one. It basically works as an invisible set of hands, able to do anything she could do but at a distance. Her power is tied to her well-being and her emotional state of mind.

Amrita Shower - Cures all ailments, though does not heal HP.

Heat Riser - Boosts target's attack, defense and speed.
Psy Break - Suppresses psychic resistance temporarily.
Psy Amp - Boosts psychic skills by 50% (passive)

Climate Decorum - Boosts evasion during adverse weather (rain, heatwave, flu) (passive)
After maxing out her Confidant link, Milady underwent a transformation into Astarte. It is the same Persona as Milady, but stronger thanks to her bond with Joker.
